Maintain Quality Standards! BPS East Java Province carried out the ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit

On September 19 2024, BPS East Java Province carried out the ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit which aims to ensure that the implementation of the quality management system remains consistent and in accordance with international standards. This activity was attended by M. Effrin Martiansyah, lead auditor from CBQA Global Indonesia, who was warmly welcomed by the Head of BPS East Java Province, Zulkipli.

This audit was attended by the entire East Java BPS ISO Team who plays an important role in maintaining service quality and operational processes to remain optimal. In his speech, Zulkipli conveyed BPS East Java's commitment to continue to maintain the quality standards that have been achieved, in order to support the achievement of excellent public services.

The audit process took place smoothly, where the lead auditor evaluated the implementation of the quality management system in the 4 services owned by BPS East Java. It is hoped that the results of this audit will provide constructive recommendations for further improvements, ensuring that BPS East Java remains a superior agency in terms of quality and service.
