Strengthening the Commitment of Integrity Zone Supervisors for Regency/City BPS

Friday (25/10) BPS East Java Province held a Coaching for the Development of the BPS Integrity Zone (ZI) for Regency/City in the BPS East Java Hall. This activity was attended by Members of the BPS ZI Development Coaching Team for Regency/City throughout East Java. The coaching was led directly by Pramana Yhoga, Head of the BPS ZI Development Team for East Java Province.

This coaching is a strategic step to strengthen the commitment and improve the skills of the coaching team in overseeing ZI Development in each task area. On that occasion, Pramana Yhoga emphasized the importance of the role of the coaching team as a driving force for change in building an agency that is free from corruption and a clean bureaucracy, by prioritizing the values of integrity, excellent service, and innovation.

Through this activity, it is hoped that all members of the BPS ZI coaching team for Regency/City will be able to implement effective strategies in improving good governance in the BPS environment, especially at the Regency/City level, in order to realize a more credible, accountable, and trusted bureaucracy.
