PST Benchmarking and Statistics Corner at UPN Veteran East Java

Thursday, October 31, 2024 - The UPN Veteran East Java Statistics Corner, which is supervised by the BPS of East Java Province, received a visit for the benchmarking activity of Integrated Statistics Services and Statistics Corner by visiting the UPN Veteran East Java Statistics Corner. This activity was attended by the BPS Statistics Corner Team, BPS Dissemination Team, Lecturer Coordinators and Statistics Corner Agents from 36 Universities in Indonesia. In their opening remarks, the Director of Statistics Dissemination, Dwi Retno Wilujeng Wahyu Utami, S.Si., M.Si., and the Chancellor of UPN, Prof. Dr. Ir. Akhmad Fauzi, MMT., IPU, expressed their appreciation for the collaboration that was built to share experiences and knowledge in developing better statistics services.

The UPN Veteran East Java Statistics Corner is one of the leading statistics corners that has succeeded in achieving third place as the best Statistics Corner. Through this benchmarking activity, participants are expected to absorb valuable insights related to the strategies and innovations implemented in the UPN Statistics Corner, including approaches that have succeeded in increasing trust and utilization of statistical data by academics and students. This activity is real evidence of BPS's commitment to continue to innovate and establish synergy with educational institutions in developing more responsive and inclusive statistical services.
