BPK Entry Meeting at BPS East Java for Better Supervision and Accountability

On November 4, 2024, at the BPS Hall of East Java Province, the Head of BPS of East Java Province, Zulkipli received an Entry Meeting from BPK which was held in a hybrid manner. The Entry Meeting was held in the context of a Compliance Examination Test for Government Procurement of Goods and/or Services in 2023 to Quarter III of 2024 within the BPS of East Java Province.

Also present at the meeting were representatives of the BPS RI Finance Bureau, the Inspectorate Team for Region 1, the Head of BPS of Surabaya City, the Head of BPS of Sidoarjo Regency, PPK, procurement officials for goods and services and all financial managers of BPS of East Java Province.

Zulkipli welcomed the BPK Team who were present and hoped that all work units that were the sample for the examination could submit all information and document requests requested by the BPK Team.

Furthermore, Agustinus Dompak Sitakar as Technical Controller said that the BPK Team led by Saprudin and 6 members of his team will conduct an inspection at the BPS of East Java Province from 4 to 8 November 2024. Furthermore, the Head of the BPK Team said that this Inspection is an Inspection with a Specific Purpose (PDTT) by taking samples for spot tests. He advised all spot test sample work units to complete the document requests requested by the BPK so that appropriate conclusions can be drawn regarding compliance with government procurement of goods and/or services.
