Change Champion 2025 Selection: Transformation Spirit Effort

On Wednesday, January 8, 2025, the 2025 Change Champion Selection was held at the BPS East Java Provincial Hall, an important event to strengthen the spirit of transformation and development of integrity zones in the BPS East Java environment. This event was held with the aim of selecting the best individuals who are able to become the driving force of change in the work environment.

The event was officially opened by Zulkipli, Head of BPS East Java Province. In his remarks, Zulkipli emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in building integrity zones. "The responsibility for building integrity zones is not only in the hands of Change Champions, but also all employees of BPS East Java Province. Change Champions are the sparks of enthusiasm, but success can only be achieved with collaboration from all parties," said Zulkipli.

This selection is a momentum to find figures who not only have high technical skills and integrity, but are also able to inspire and motivate colleagues in encouraging innovation and upholding the values of bureaucratic reform. With the 2025 Change Champion Selection, it is hoped that BPS East Java can continue to produce agents of change who are able to bring innovation, strengthen governance, and improve the quality of service to the community.
