East Java BPS Holds 2026 Economic Census Preparation Meeting

BPS East Java held a preparatory meeting for the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026) in the BPS East Java hall. This activity was attended by the activity implementation team and Garda SE 2026, which acts as the vanguard in the implementation of the economic census in East Java.

In this meeting, various strategies were discussed to ensure the smooth implementation of SE2026, including plans for socialization to the community and stakeholders. Effective socialization is expected to increase public understanding and active participation in the census. In addition, technical and operational strategies are also the main focus in planning so that the census process can run according to the targets that have been set.

With careful coordination and comprehensive planning, it is hoped that the 2026 Economic Census can produce accurate and quality data to support economic development in East Java and Indonesia as a whole.
