BPS Jatim Strengthens ISO Implementation to Improve Service Quality

BPS East Java Province attended the Online Meeting on the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 PST 2025 held by BPS Pusat on Wednesday (12/2). This activity discussed updates to various quality documents related to ISO 9001:2015.

In this session, Evina Ironika, as a speaker, provided a presentation on updates to the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives documents, Quality Guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This material aims to ensure that each work unit has a uniform understanding in compiling and implementing quality documents according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Through this meeting, BPS East Java further strengthened its commitment to maintaining the quality of PST services with international standards, so that it can provide excellent service to the community and stakeholders.
