BPS East Java Holds Harmonious Discussion of Change Management Work Program

Friday Casual Chat (Harmonis) on Friday (14/2), which this time was initiated by the Change Agent Network (CAN) of BPS East Java. This activity is a relaxed but meaningful discussion forum in order to discuss the change management program that will be implemented by BPS East Java throughout 2025.

The event was opened by Zulkipli, Head of BPS East Java Province, who emphasized the importance of the role of change management in improving the quality of work and organizational adaptation to ever-evolving challenges.

In the main session, Ryan W. Januardi as the selected Change Champion, explained various work programs that will be implemented to support transformation in the BPS East Java environment. Through interactive discussions, participants were invited to provide input and share experiences related to the changes needed so that the program implementation runs optimally. With this activity, it is hoped that the spirit of change can continue to be maintained and have a positive impact on all employees and the organization as a whole.
