Abstract

East Java inflation in August 2004 was 0.16%. Of the 13 CPI cities monitored, 5 cities experienced inflation and 8 cities experienced deflation. The largest inflation was in Jember (0.50%) and the smallest of Kediri (0.36%), the largest deflation in Sumenep (-1.16%) and the smallest of Tuban and Gresik (-0.06%)
