Perkembangan Indeks Harga Konsumen/Inflasi Jawa Timur November 2008

Starting July 2008 base year calculation Consumer Price Index (CPI) using
2007 = 1 00 (formerly 2002 = 1 00) based on the 2007 Live Cost Survey (SBH).
By using the new base year, in November 2008 recorded national inflation
0.1 2 percent and East Java Province deflation of 0.09 percent. Of 66 national cities, 39 cities are experiencing
deflation and 27 cities experienced inflation. The highest inflation occurred in Tanjungpinang 1, 51 percent and deflation
the highest occurring in Maumere 1, 63 percent. Similarly, the city observed in Java Province
East. Inflation only occurred in Surabaya 0.04 percent while other cities experienced deflation. Deflation
