Jawa Timur Export and Import Development August 2009

The value of Jawa Timur Exports in August 2009 reached US $ 870.18 million or an increase of 53.48 percent compared to July 2009 exports which reached US $ 566.95 million. The cumulative export value from January to August 2009 reached US $ 5,744.19 million or decreased by 22.69 percent compared to the export of the same period in 2008 which reached US $ 7,429.88 million.

Jawa Timur import value in August 2009 reached US $ 894.49 million or an increase of 292.12 percent compared to imports in July 2009 which reached US $ 228.11 million. The cumulative value of imports from January to August 2009 reached US $ 6,074.35 million or decreased by 53.07 percent compared to the same period in 2008 which reached US $ 12,942.86 million.
