Abstract

Indonesian Democracy Index (IDI) in Jawa Timur in 2015 reached 76.90 on a scale of 0 to 100, this figure increased by 6.54 points compared with the figure IDI East Java, 2014 at 70.36. The gains of democracy in Jawa Timur is still within the category of "moderate". The classification of the level of democracy grouped into three categories of "good" (index> 80), "moderate" (index 60-80), and "bad" (index <60).
