Exchange rate Fisherman (NTN) Java East of the moon October 2020 rose by 0.33 percent

Abstract

• The East Java Fishers Exchange Rate (NTN) in October 2020 rose 0.33 percent from 95.41 in September 2020 to 95.72 in October 2020. This increase was due to the increase in the price index received by fishermen by 0.40 percent, greater than the price index paid by fishermen, which increased by 0.08 percent.

• The development of NTN in October 2020 against December 2019 (calendar year) decreased by 2.33 percent. The development of NTN in October 2020 against October 2019 (year-on-year) decreased by 4.00 percent.

• Of the six provinces in Java Island that carried out NTN calculations in October 2020, all experienced an increase in NTN. West Java Province increased by 0.91 percent, DI Yogyakarta Province rose 0.80 percent, Central Java Province increased 0.33 percent, East Java Province increased 0.33 percent, Banten Province increased 0.31 percent, and in the last place was DKI Jakarta Province which experienced an increase of 0.09 percent.
