Abstract

The Jawa Timur Fisherman's Exchange Rate (NTN) in June 2021 fell 0.02 percent from 101.24 in May 2021 to 101.22 in June 2021. This decrease was due to the price index received by fishermen falling by 0.09 percent, more lower than the price index paid by fishermen, which fell by 0.07 percent.
The development of NTN in June 2021 against December 2020 (calendar year) increased by 5.16 percent. The development of NTN in June 2021 against June 2020 (year-on-year) increased by 6.07 percent.
Of the six provinces on the island of Jawa that calculated NTN in June 2021, three provinces experienced an increase in NTN. DI Yogyakarta Province increased by 0.80 percent, Jawa Barat Province increased by 0.38 percent, and Jawa Tengah Province increased by 0.18 percent. The ones that experienced a decrease in NTN were Jawa Timur Province by 0.02 percent, Banten Province down 0.13 percent, and DKI Jakarta Province down by 0.71 percent.
