Abstract

The main pattern of rice trade distribution in 2020 has a total of same main chain as the previous year. Main pattern of distribution trade in broiler eggs and sugar in 2020 has increased one main chain compared to the previous year. Whereas The main pattern of distribution of cooking oil trade in 2020 is experiencing one main chain reduction compared to the previous year*.

Total Trade and Freight Margin (MPPT) in East Java Province in 2020 for rice commodities by 19.22 percent; chicken eggs 16.17 percent; cooking oil 16.39 percent; and 18.09 percent granulated sugar.
