Abstract

Fishermen's Exchange Rate (NTN) is the ratio of the price index received by fishermen (It) to the index of price paid by fishermen (Ib).
NTN is one indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of fishermen. NTN also shows the terms of trade (terms of trade) of capture fisheries products with goods and services consumed as well as for production costs.
The Fishermen's Exchange Rate (NTN) in November 2021 fell 0.09 percent from 104.31 in October 2021 to 104.21 in November 2021.
The development of NTN in November 2021 against December 2020 (calendar year) increased by 8.26 percent. As for the development of NTN
November 2021 against November 2020 (year-on-year) increased by 9.15 percent. Of the six provinces on the island of Java that calculated NTN in November 2021, one province experienced an increase in NTN, and five provinces experienced a decrease in NTN. Central Java province increased by 0.57 percent.
The ones that experienced a decrease in NTN were East Java Province, which fell 0.09 percent, Banten Province decreased 0.28 percent, West Java Province decreased 0.49 percent, DKI Jakarta Province decreased 1.41 percent, and DI Yogyakarta Province decreased 2. 17 percent.
In November 2021 the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) in East Java rose by 0.32 percent, while the Production Cost and Capital Goods Addition Index (BPPBM) did not increase (fixed).
