During June 2024 there were 21,652 foreign tourists visiting East Java through the Juanda entrance

Abstract

In June 2024, foreign tourist visits to East Java through the Juanda entrance were 21,652 visits. This condition has decreased compared to the conditions in May 2024.
The number of foreign tourist visits in June 2024 increased by 20.12 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in June 2023 which amounted to 18,025 visits.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-classified hotels in East Java in June 2024 reached 55.02 percent or increased by 1.50 points compared to the previous month. The TPK of 5 (five) star hotels of 61.56 percent is the highest TPK compared to the TPK of other star hotels.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of non-star-classified hotels in East Java in June 2024 reached 24.21 percent or increased by 1.02 points compared to the previous month.
The Average Length of Stay of Foreign Guests (RLMT) at star-classified hotels during June 2024 was recorded at 1.96 days or decreased by 0.07 points compared to May 2024. For the overall RLMT in June 2024, it was 1.45 days or increased by 0.03 points compared to May 2024.
Gresik Regency had the highest TPK value for star and non-star hotels in June 2024 in East Java at 63.32 points, while Ngawi Regency was the area with the lowest TPK value for star and non-star hotels in June 2024 in East Java, at 11.70 points.
