Census enumeration The population of 1980 consists of two stages. The first stage is a complete enumeration covering all residents who are domiciled in the territory of Indonesia. The second stage is sample enumeration of approximately 5 percent of the population, using a more detailed list than the first stage of enumeration, including on the movement, education, labor force and economic activities, fertility, living conditions and so on.
