Abstract

The publication of this Wage Statistics is the first publication for the Province of East Java. This is related to the processing of wage survey data conducted at the Center (BPS). Starting in 1996, the East Java Provincial Statistics Office tried to carry out its own processing, so that an overview of the 1996 wage statistics can be presented this time. The tables presented are basic tables as are often presented in the publication of Quarterly Wage Statistics published by BPS. The figures that can only be presented are the data for the first quarter (the condition in March), II (the condition in June) and III (the condition in September).
