Livestock Statistics of Jawa Timur Province 2005

This 2005 publication of East Java Slaughter Statistics is a complete series of previous publications on Livestock Abattoir Statistics and is expected to be published annually. The data presented in this publication is the result of processing the RPH and Keurmaster survey documents which are carried out every quarter. The RPH and Keurmaster survey data processed in this publication consist of data for the fourth quarter of 2004 and the first quarter to the third quarter of 2005. Not all livestock slaughter data can be included in the RPH and Keurmaster survey, because only cattle are slaughtered at the abattoir, Keurmaster , and withholding outside the institution but reported to Keurmaster. Thus there are some livestock slaughters that are not covered because the slaughter is not reported to the keurmaster.
