Abstract

The publication of Statistics of Animal Slaughtering in East Java Province 2018 is an annual publication containing the results of data collection of Slaughterhouses (RPH) and Slaughterhouses (TPH) both government and private. This publication includes data related to slaughtering activities and slaughter animal production.
This publication was made possible thanks to the cooperation and support of various parties, both from the RPH and TPH officers, as well as the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health and their staff, as well as assistance from other parties ranging from data collection activities to processing and presenting.
