Household consumption and expenditure is still used as an indicator to look at the development of community welfare from an economic perspective. To accomplish this, data sources from the survey are needed, and those used by BPS, the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), are collected annually.The publication of Expenditure Statistics for Household Consumption in Jawa Timur Province contains data related to household consumption both in terms of food and non-food consumption up to the group of types of goods / commodities.
