Abstract

Sugar is one of the strategic commodities whose existence is very important for the people of Indonesia, including in East Java. Sugar consumption in East Java is relatively large, both for consumption by the public and the industrial world. Therefore, BPS East Java Province sees the need to compile a publication of analysis of sugar data. This publication contains production, consumption and distribution as measured by import and export prices.
