Thematic Analysis of Population of East Java Province

Thematic Analysis of East Java Population is a publication of the Central Statistics Agency which presents analysis of the results of the 2020 Population Census Long Form data collection which is equipped with relevant supporting data sources. In this series (Book II), it discusses 4 (four) themes, namely demographics and population structure, fertility, mortality, and migrant patterns in East Java. These four themes are relevant to regional development policies and strategies in the 2020-2024 Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) in increasing equitable development through increasing population and employment competitiveness. It is hoped that the availability of this publication will provide useful information for data users, especially for the government, in supporting the formulation of national and provincial socio-demographic and human development policies. We express our appreciation and thanks to all parties who have contributed to the preparation of this publication.
