Visit of the Head of the Statistics Department, Faculty of Science and Data Analytics ITS

On Wednesday, 19 May 2021 at the BPS office of East Java Province, the Head of BPS for East Java Province, Dr. Dadang Hardiwan, S.Si., M.Sc. along with the staff received a working visit from the Head of the Statistics Department, Faculty of Science and Data Analytics, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya (ITS) Dr. Dra. Kartika Fithriasari, M.Si and the teaching staff at ITS.

This visit discussed the cooperation plan between BPS East Java Province and the Statistics Department FSAD ITS, especially regarding the establishment of the Statistical Corner and Joint Research.

This cooperation plan aims to increase the benefits of government institutions and educational institutions for human development in general and society in particular.

From the intense discussions carried out, there were quite a number of ideas and understandings that were in line between the two parties. This increases the optimism of both parties about the results that will be obtained later. It is hoped that the cooperation plan can be implemented optimally soon.
