Class of Service Excellence: Service Policy

The first session, on "Service Policy", was delivered online on August 9, 2024, by Uswatun Nurul Afifah, a young expert statistician from BPS-Statistics Jawa Timur Province. The event was officially opened by Zulkipli, the Head of BPS-Statistics Jawa Timur Province, and attended by all PEKPPP teams from BPS offices in Regencies/Cities across Jawa Timur.

In line with the Guidelines from the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 5 of 2023, there will be five additional sessions that will be delivered from August to October.
