PEKPPP Coaching Clinic Series 1 Service Policy

Thursday (09/01), BPS East Java Province again demonstrated its commitment to improving the quality of public services by participating in the PEKPPP Coaching Clinic activity organized by BPS. This series 1 activity focuses on the Service Policy which is carried out to refresh the understanding of service officers in compiling and implementing service policies that meet standards.

Through this activity, BPS East Java hopes to strengthen understanding regarding the principles of public services, as well as maximize the implementation of policies that support excellent service to the community. This step is also part of BPS East Java's efforts to achieve various predicates for the best service, including winning the Excellent Service award given by KemenpanRB.
