Class of Service Excellence: Consultation, Complaints and Innovation

Today, the East Java Province BPS continued the Class of Service Excellence activity which was attended by all participants from the Regency/City BPS online. This activity presented two main speakers: Arief Budi who presented material on consultation and complaints, and Ryan W. Januardi who discussed innovation and additional information.

The first session by Arief Budi emphasized the importance of handling consultation and complaints quickly and accurately, so that the public and work partners can experience excellent service. In addition, it also discussed how to build an efficient and responsive complaint system.

The second session continued with Ryan W. Januardi's presentation explaining various innovations in information services. Ryan highlighted the importance of continuing to add relevant and easily accessible information to the public, while integrating innovation in technology-based services.

This activity aims to improve the quality of service and ensure that all BPS employees in the regions have the same standards in providing the best service to the public.
