SHERAZI: Internalization of Organizational Culture Survey Results

Today, BPS East Java Province again held a Sherazi activity with an important topic, namely internalization of the results of the Organizational Culture Survey (SBO). This activity was held offline in the BPS Hall of East Java Province and was also attended online by all BPS Regency/City throughout East Java.

This activity aims to disseminate the SBO results to all employees in BPS East Java, both at the provincial and district/city levels. Through the presentation of the survey results, participants can understand the existing work culture and areas that need to be strengthened to create a better work environment.

The discussion that took place interactively, both directly in the hall and through online platforms, produced various constructive inputs. BPS employees from various regions shared their views and suggestions regarding improving organizational culture in the future.
