Ahead of SE 2026: East Java BPS Closes Ranks Early 2025

BPS East Java Province started 2025 by holding a preparatory meeting for the 2026 Economic Census on Thursday, January 9, 2025. The meeting, led by Hadi Suroso, was attended by all related teams. In the meeting, strategic steps were discussed to ensure technical and resource readiness, in order to support the smooth implementation of SE 2026 which will be one of BPS's major programs in the future.

With a spirit of collaboration, BPS East Java emphasized the importance of solid coordination and careful planning. This meeting was the starting point for the team to prepare a roadmap for the implementation of SE 2026, which is expected to provide quality economic data and support regional and national development. All participants showed a strong commitment to facing existing challenges for the success of this program.
