Coaching Clinic 3 Risk Analysis, SOP, and Forms in ISO 9001:2015 Implementation

Tuesday (21/01), BPS East Java Province participated in the Coaching Clinic 3 activity with the theme "Risk Analysis, SOP, and Forms in the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015" which was held online.

This activity aims to strengthen understanding regarding the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, especially in terms of risk management, preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and management of forms in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

BPS East Java seriously participated in this session as part of its commitment to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of service. Through systematic technical guidance, it is hoped that the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 at BPS East Java will be increasingly optimal and support the achievement of prime quality services.
