Coaching Clinic 3 PEKPPP: Facilities and Infrastructure

Wednesday (22/01), BPS East Java Province continues to strengthen steps in improving the quality of public services by participating in the Coaching Clinic Series 3 organized by BPS RI. In this third series, the focus of discussion is on facilities and infrastructure, which are important elements in supporting comfortable and friendly services for all data users.

In this coaching clinic session, participants were given in-depth insight into the standards of good facilities and infrastructure for PST rooms. Not only comfortable but also accessible and friendly to vulnerable groups.

Through this activity, BPS East Java is increasingly aware of the importance of having adequate facilities as a support in supporting the implementation of Prime Services. In addition, the maintenance of well-managed facilities and infrastructure is also an important factor in creating a comfortable work environment and supporting employee productivity.
