SHERAZI: Understanding and Implementing Risk Management

Starting 2025 with the spirit of change to continue improving itself, the East Java Province BPS Integrity Zone Development Team held a Meeting and Discussion on the Preparation of the 2025 Change Management Action Plan, Wednesday (12/02) which was conducted online.

The meeting was led directly by the Change Champion of East Java Province BPS, Ryan Willmanda J and opened by the Head of the ZI Development Team, Pramana Yhoga. This meeting was attended by Change Leaders, Change Agent Network of East Java Province BPS, and Change Ambassadors of Regency/City BPS throughout East Java.

The main objective of the meeting was to realize the alignment of the change management action plan at Provincial BPS with Regency/City BPS so that it is in line with the Bureaucratic Reform Road Map as stated in PermenPANRB No. 3 of 2023.

It is hoped that the Regency/City BPS Change Management Action Plan programs can have a significant impact on improving a work culture that is increasingly AKHLAK.

"We will get greater benefits by doing/being part of the change, compared to just receiving materials and explanations." Pramana concluded.
