Abstract

 Agricultural Growth Rate (NTP) of Jawa Timur in July 2009 rose 0.26 percent from 98.20 to 98.46. The increase is due to the increase in the price index received by farmers (It) is greater than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib). Of the five provinces on the island of Java conducted NTP calculations in June 2009, Jawa Timur Province experienced the second lowest increase in NTP compared to other provinces while the highest increase was recorded in Banten Province.
