Abstract

In November 2009 Jawa Timur experienced 0.04 percent inflation. Of the 10 CPI cities in Jawa Timur, 6 cities experienced inflation and 4 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Madiun by 0.60 percent followed by Sumenep 0.53 percent, Probolinggo 0.19 percent, Jember 0.14 percent, Banyuwangi 0.09 percent and Surabaya 0.05 percent. Meanwhile, the highest deflation occurred in Tulungagung by 0.16 percent, followed by Malang and Tuban respectively by 0.15 percent and Kediri by 0.13 percent.
