Abstract

In February 2022 there will be no foreign tourists visiting East Java through the Juanda entrance. This condition is the same as the conditions in January 2022.

The number of foreign tourist visits in February 2022 also decreased by 100.00 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the same period in 2021 which reached 69 visits.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-classified hotels in East Java in February 2022 reached an average of 46.56 percent, an increase of 1.85 points compared to the previous month. The ROR for 2 (two) star hotels is 54.86 percent, which is the highest ROR for other star hotels.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for non-star classified hotels in East Java in February 2022 reached an average of 21.86 percent, an increase of 0.63 points compared to the previous month.

The average length of stay of foreign guests (RLMT) at star class hotels during February 2022 was recorded at 2.24 days or an increase of 0.31 points when compared to January 2022 which reached 1.93 days. The overall RLMT in February 2022 was 1.57 days or an increase of 0.12 points when compared to January 2022 which reached 1.45 days.
