Abstract

The collection of potential village data is conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics every census activity, either on population census, agricultural census or economic census. However, for data collection the potential of the core village (PODES INTI) has only been implemented twice in 1994 and 1995. Basically the information collected from year to year is almost the same. In addition to population data, data collected also on communications, agriculture, communications, education, health, recreation, and entertainment, as well as economic and environmental infrastructure.
