Abstract

Household consumption and expenditure are still used as an indicator to see developments in people's welfare from an economic standpoint. To fulfill this, a data source derived from a survey is needed, and the one used by BPS is the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) which is collected annually. The Publication of Expenditure Statistics for Household Consumption in East Java Province contains data related to household consumption both in terms of food and non-food consumption to the types of goods/commodities. The data source for this publication comes from the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas).
