BPK Kalimantan Timur Representative Office Conducts Comparative Study to BPS East Java

The East Java BPS Province received a visit from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) Representative Office of East Kalimantan Province for a comparative study related to Statistical Sampling Techniques and Methodology. This activity aims to strengthen the methodology for examining the 2025 Regional Government Financial Report through the implementation of statistical-based sampling.

This meeting was held face-to-face in the Vicon room on the 2nd floor of the East Java BPS Office. The activity was opened by the Head of the East Java BPS Province, Zulkipli, who expressed his appreciation for the East Kalimantan BPK's initiative in establishing synergy to strengthen statistical methodology. The next speech was delivered by Rozak Muchlis Mirjaya, a representative from the East Kalimantan BPK, who emphasized the importance of collaboration between agencies to support data accuracy and validity in regional financial audits.

The activity was then filled with a discussion accompanied by Satriyo Wibowo, Head of the General Section of the East Java BPS Province. The discussion was interactive, with many questions from participants who showed enthusiasm for the discussion theme, namely regarding Statistical Sampling Techniques and Methodology.

Through this meeting, it is hoped that the collaboration between BPS East Java and BPK East Kalimantan can further strengthen synergy in supporting transparent and accountable government financial governance.
