Coaching Clinic 2 PEKPPP: Aspects of Human Resources Professionalism

Tuesday (13/01), BPS East Java Province again participated in the PEKPPP Coaching Clinic Series 2 organized by BPS RI. This time, the theme raised focused on improving HR Professionalism, which is an important foundation to support optimal performance in public services.

In this coaching clinic session, various important topics related to developing HR professionalism were discussed thoroughly, starting from the importance of technical and leadership competencies, to steps to improve HR professionalism from service officers.

By participating in this activity, BPS East Java further strengthens its commitment to continue improving the quality of HR, in order to provide public services that are increasingly effective and have a positive impact.
