Abstract

Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) Jawa Timur in August 2009 fell 0.03 percent from 98.46 to 98.43. This decrease is due to the increase in the price index received by farmers (It) is smaller than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib). Of the five provinces in Java performing NTP calculations in August 2009, East Java is the only province that experienced a decrease in NTP compared to other provinces, while the highest NTP increase was recorded in Jawa Barat Province.
