Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Jawa Timur Province 2024

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java Province, as one a public service provider that provides data and statistical information, always trying to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS East Java Province has organized SKM is routinely integrated into the Survey every year Data Requirements (SKD). This survey besides aims to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, too aims to identify data needs and satisfaction levels consumers regarding the quality of data produced by BPS. The report on the results of the 2024 SKD implementation is presented in the form publication entitled "Analysis of BPS Data Requirements Survey Results East Java Province 2024”. This publication contains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of performance BPS PST services and consumer perceptions of BPS data quality. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Index Consumer Satisfaction (IKK) and Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK).
