Coaching Clinic 4 PEKPPP: Consultation and Complaints

BPS East Java Province participated in the PEKPPP Coaching Clinic Aspect 4, which focused on Consultation and Complaint Services on Wednesday, February 5, 2024. This online activity was organized by BPS RI as an effort to improve the quality of public services within BPS.

Effective consultation and complaint services are essential to building public trust and ensuring transparency in every administrative process. With this service, the public can submit questions or complaints directly, which allows for continuous improvement and improvement in the quality of public services.

BPS East Java will continue to strive to provide transparent, professional, and community-based services, in line with the principles of excellent public service and oriented towards user satisfaction.
